Metal Content Cable Ties

Metal detectable ties are designed specifically for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where the ability to be found quickly and easily is especially important. Metal content ties are made primarily from blue nylon, but contain significant metallic content.  This ensures they are detectable both visually and by metal detection processes, helping reduce the risk of contamination when used in close proximity to a food manufacturing process. They are detectable by standard metal detectors - even small parts of off-cuts owing to the metal pigmentation running throughout. They are ideally suited as part of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) process. Nylon self-extinguishing to V2 UL94, Halogen free.
